The current Public purchase path is direct and individual: one person purchases one official certification credit. Any amount displayed elsewhere on this site is before tax; Stripe calculates applicable tax at Checkout.

Terms for the current Public and individual purchase path.
These terms explain the current product boundaries. They do not replace the commercial, certification, or refund rules that govern those journeys.
Credit and first start reservation
A credit is the non-expiring commercial unit for one start of the authenticated, identity-verified official certification path. After payment settles, the first reserved credit has seven days to start. If that reservation closes before start, the credit itself does not expire.
Purchase is not certification
Purchase, payment, or reservation does not itself start certification and does not guarantee admission, completion, a passing result, or an issued credential.
Assisted refund boundary
Only the latest untouched, unstarted, settled direct individual purchase is eligible for this refund. A request must be made within 24 hours of settlement. A processing fee is deducted only when the frozen policy basis for that transaction lawfully permits it.
Staff-assisted requests and questions
Refund requests are currently handled by staff through [Contact email — owner replacement required before go-live]. Neither Public nor Workspace provides self-service refund execution. No response time, refund completion time, or provider outcome is promised. Direct other questions to the same contact.
