Answer the questions or tasks in the published test. Multiple-choice questions ask you to select an answer; other formats depend on the available version. Check the question count and time limit on the test page before starting. The timer starts when you begin and does not pause if you leave the page.

Your score summarises your performance on a scale from 0 to 100; it is not the percentage of questions answered correctly. Your estimated level is a descriptive category based on that score. Your estimated percentile places it within the test's reference, not a worldwide ranking. These figures offer guidance: they are not an official exam result and do not issue a credential.

Your purchase includes one exam attempt for one person. You'll see the final amount before paying. The credit does not expire; if you do not start within the initial seven days, we can reactivate access without another purchase.

Yes. The sign-in screen shows the available options to access or create your account. If you already have an account, use your usual sign-in method. You will see the final total before paying.

It is AI Capability Certification’s identity-verified certification exam with a confirmed result, distinct from the indicative Quick Test. The credential records the level demonstrated in that exam. “Official” does not itself mean accreditation by an external body.

You'll work through situations that test four capabilities: defining a task and adapting its context, applying AI, evaluating its results, and using it responsibly. The exam is designed to include questions and practical exercises.

Practise defining clear tasks, applying AI, critically reviewing its output, and handling risks responsibly. For the exam, use a reliable internet connection, keep the exam page in focus, and follow each exercise’s instructions for materials and tools. The Quick Test can give you an initial indication of your level; it is not a preparation course.

As a guide, set aside 60 to 90 minutes to take the exam. This is a planning estimate; the exact time depends on the exam version and is shown when you begin.

First, complete the purchase from your account or use an exam credit you already have available. Before starting, enter your full legal name for the certificate and complete the guided identity check through Stripe Identity. The verification flow tells you which document or capture steps are required.

Your work is assessed against defined criteria. The official result is confirmed once the required checks are complete.

You can view it in your account once it is confirmed. We aim to email you within 72 hours of submitting the final part, with your result or an update if it is still pending. The final result can take longer if processing or review has not finished.

Once your pass is confirmed and the issuance requirements are met, you receive a downloadable certificate and a verifiable credential. Its validity is 365 days from issuance, unless revoked. The link lets others check your recorded name, certification, level, dates, and the credential's current status.

If your confirmed result is a fail, you can view your score, level, and breakdown across the four assessed areas in your account. No credential or certificate is issued. To retake the exam, you need another credit.

Yes. You can access recertification in the final 30 days of your credential's validity or after it expires, at the current standard price.

Share your verification link. Anyone who opens it can see the name and certification recorded at issuance, the level, issue and expiry dates, and its current status. Your score and responses stay private.

Your account's Billing page shows the available refund options. If you see “Report a problem” during purchase or the exam, you can submit the issue there and follow the case in Support.

Online purchases are individual for now. We're preparing an option for teams.

Open My account in the site menu. Use the same sign-in method as before: for an email-and-password account, choose Forgot your password?; for a provider account, use the same provider and account. For an invitation, use its link and the invited email address. If the link is missing or expired, ask the person who invited you to check or renew it. Do not share passwords or identity documents in a help message.

After signing in through My account, open Help for guidance and your submitted requests. Purchase and exam pages offer Report a problem only for supported states; check the confirmation there to know whether a request was submitted. Reading the FAQ does not send a request. A general support contact is not available here yet.

No. Your answers are not published. If you share an issued credential, its link shows only the details needed to verify its validity.
