One shared engine
Both offerings use the same assessment engine. Their different purposes and conditions do not create separate evaluation or scoring rules.
Evaluation trust
The Quick Test and official certification use the same assessment engine. Their access, assurance, result authority, and follow-up differ, but they do not use separate scoring machinery.

Deterministic checks confirm required structure and authority. They do not decide what free text, documents, or other evidence mean.
Items with an exact answer use the shared objective scorer. The same scorer applies whichever offering presents the item.
Items that require judgment about meaning are evaluated by the selected AI evaluators. Not every item requires semantic evaluation.
Authorized human review is limited to exception cases in official certification. The Quick Test does not enter that review path, and review by itself does not mean that a candidate has passed.
Unresolved judgments
A semantic judgment must be resolved through its authorized path. Neither offering converts a missing judgment into a favorable result.
While AI evaluation remains unresolved, the Quick Test stays pending without a score. It returns a scoreless unavailable result only after proving that the specific content cannot be evaluated.
Official certification follows its required exception-review and withheld-result rules. A semantic judgment that remains unresolved is never converted into a pass, and review alone does not decide pass or fail.
