The task and approved facts

A community center needs a website update of no more than 90 words. Its workshop is on Thursday 14 May, from 18:00 to 19:30, with 20 places and free registration. The entrance is step-free. An internal staff phone number must stay private.

Explain the instructions you would give AI, identify what needs correcting in the draft, and describe what you would check before publication.

The bracketed contact is a fictional placeholder. The draft deliberately contains mistakes and an unsupported claim.

What to look for in your response

Frame the task: State the audience, website format, word limit, and approved facts in your instructions. Make clear that missing details must not be invented.
Apply AI: Explain how you would use AI to draft from the supplied facts, set constraints on length and private information, and revise the draft before use.
Evaluate the result: Identify the wrong day, time, and capacity. Check the accessibility claim: a step-free entrance alone does not establish full accessibility.
Use AI responsibly: Exclude the internal phone number and ask for an approved public booking route. Explain who would check the final update before publication.

How submitted work is assessed

A consistent approach

The Quick Test and the official exam use the same assessment system. Each has its own scope and result: an indicative estimate or an official certification outcome.

The official exam includes identity, assessment, and integrity checks. If further review is needed, the result remains pending until that review is resolved.
