What to know before buying

The displayed offer is for one person and one official certification credit.

  • Tax at Checkout

    The displayed amount is before tax. Stripe calculates applicable tax at Checkout.

  • A non-expiring credit

    The credit enables one start of the identity-verified official certification path. Credits do not expire, and buying one does not guarantee a pass or credential.

  • Seven-day start window

    After payment settles, the first reserved credit has seven days to start certification. If that reservation window closes before start, the credit itself does not expire.

  • Credential validity

    A credential is issued only after a passing, validated outcome and is valid for 365 days from issuance.

  • Assisted refund boundary

    The latest untouched, unstarted direct individual purchase has a 24-hour staff-assisted refund entitlement. A processing fee is deducted only when its frozen policy basis lawfully allows it; there is no self-service refund.
