Credential trust

A bounded record, valid for a defined time.

An official credential records an eligible validated pass. It has a fixed lifecycle, and public verification checks only the specific record a holder chooses to share.

Credential lifecycle

Issuance, validity, and recertification

A purchase opens access to the official journey. It does not award a result or credential.

A credential follows a validated pass

Only an eligible passing result can issue a credential after the required validation. Buying a certification credit does not guarantee a pass or a credential.

Validity lasts 365 days from issuance

The recorded expiry deadline is exactly 365 days after issuance. The private holder view marks the final 30 days as expiring; until the deadline, an unrevoked public record remains verified.

Expiry and revocation are different

At the recorded deadline, an active credential becomes expired. A recorded revocation takes precedence over time and means that the credential is no longer valid.

Recertification is holder-only

While the credential is expiring or expired, only its holder is offered recertification at the ordinary price through the normal individual purchase journey. That entry does not renew or extend the credential, reserve a credit, create a run, guarantee offer availability, or guarantee a passing result or new credential.

Public verification

A specific link, not a public search

Verification begins with the specific link supplied by the holder and presents only the bounded public record for that link.

Use the specific link from the holder

There is no public name, email, organization, or credential-ID search. This explanation page accepts no credential or personal identifier and offers no certificate download.

Only six facts may appear

A verified, expired, or revoked record may show only the holder legal name and certification title recorded at issuance, credential level, issue date, expiry date, and current state.

Missing or unavailable records reveal no holder facts

A not-found or operationally unavailable outcome discloses no holder facts. Revoked takes precedence over expired when both time and revocation could apply.

Verification has a narrow meaning

It confirms only the bounded issued-credential record. It is not proof of present-day identity, employment, account ownership, score or result detail, identity evidence, payment history, review evidence, revocation reason, or a broader endorsement.
